Terms & Conditions

“You”, “your” and “user” mean any person accessing the Services. “Content” means all text, images, 3D models, augmented-reality experiences, virtual tours, audio, video and other material available through the Services.

The Services are intended for users aged 18 or above; minors may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms. Sign-in to the App is through Google Sign-In or, on iOS, Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your downloaded content and your user data (including your account) at any time from within the App.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services, and to download Content within the App, for your personal, non-commercial use only. Downloaded Content remains our (or our licensors’) property and may be used only within the App.

The Services and all Content, trademarks, logos and software are the property of Vishwantara Innovations Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or Content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code, models or assets of the App;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
• circumvent any technical protection or access restriction;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest Content or data; or
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

AR experiences overlay digital content on your real surroundings. Remain aware of your environment while using AR features, do not use them while driving or in hazardous locations, and comply with the rules of any monument, heritage site or premises you visit. You use AR features at your own risk.

The Services may display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdMob, and rely on third-party services such as Google Firebase. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites or services linked from the Services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may add, update, modify or remove Content and features, or suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular Content will remain available.

The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Historical and cultural information in the Services is provided for educational and entertainment purposes and may include artistic reconstruction and interpretation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vishwantara Innovations Private Limited and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vishwantara Innovations Private Limited from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.

• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
• No agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership or joint venture.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date, and material changes will be notified prominently on the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
